Design and drivers: 8" Two-Way High Fidelity speaker system with a 1" Polymide Dome Neodymium Midrange Tweeter and a built-in two-way crossover network. Cone assembly is Polypropylene Mica Injected with a Santoprene surround for durability and sound quality. Construction and marine protection: Fully marinized to resist salt and fresh water, completely water/rust resistant. Terminals are stainless steel, sealed with rubber gaskets, and an additional waterproof coating is applied to protect the speakers from moisture and corrosion for long-lasting use on the water.
