2. Cryptocurrency Payments — No Returns
Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales made using cryptocurrency are final.
No Refunds for Crypto Payments
- Purchases paid with any cryptocurrency (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, or other digital assets) cannot be returned for a refund
- This applies regardless of reason, including dissatisfaction, incorrect orders, or price changes
- By completing a cryptocurrency transaction, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is non-refundable
3. Cryptocurrency Payments — Exchanges Only
Although refunds are not permitted for cryptocurrency purchases, exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility (Crypto Payments)
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
- Original proof of payment (transaction hash, order confirmation, or receipt) is required
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
4. Non-Crypto Payments (If Applicable)
For purchases made using non-cryptocurrency payment methods (such as credit card, debit card, or other approved methods), returns and exchanges generally follow these guidelines:
- Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase

We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
