A shock-absorbing gel strip is provided to place under the unit to prevent rattling and protect the dashboard surface. On-device USB charging: Plug your iPhone or Android phone into the USB port located on the unit's side using your own charging cable (not included). The WIRED connection enables CarPlay or Android Auto and access to apps such as YouTube, Waze, and SiriusXM Radio (subscription required) while your phone charges. Voice and audio features: Use your smartphone’s AI assistant (Google or Siri) to make calls or control music without taking your eyes off the road. INTELLIDASH includes built-in speakers and an FM transmitter so you can broadcast audio from your phone to your car stereo via radio. Bluetooth connectivity: Pair a phone to the INTELLIDASH over Bluetooth to stream music and handle calls without using CarPlay or Android Auto. (To use CarPlay and Android Auto, a wired connection is required.) XM/SiriusXM streaming: To access XM Satellite Radio you must install the app on your Android or iPhone and have a subscription.
