Reliable non-programmable thermostat for 2 Heat/ 1 Cool applications. Designed for Heat Pump systems (with aux or emergency heat) and Heat Pump systems without auxiliary/backup heat, as well as most 24V conventional single-stage systems (conventional forced air, central gas, oil, electric furnaces single-stage system), up to 2 Heat/ 1 Cool. Power options include 24VAC or 2 AAA Batteries; no common wire (c-wire) required on most systems (only required on heat only and cool only systems). The large 5.0 sq inch white backlight makes the indoor temperature and humidity easy to read—ideal for middle-aged and elderly users. Temperature display range is 32°F to 99°F and the temperature control range is 44°F to 90°F. Temperature accuracy is +/-1-degree F for steady, comfortable control, and the unit supports error correction of the ambient temperature display. Control features include separate heating and cooling swing (Cycle Rate) with a default 0.5F (0.2°F to 2°F) setting, plus a 3 minute compressor delay protection that is selectable ON or OFF. Additional convenience includes a low battery replacement reminder.
