2000W 50A ZVS Induction Heating Module — Flyback Driver, Copper Tube Coil, Dual Fan Cooling

ZVS induction heating board with flyback driver and copper-tube coil, equipped with dual-fan cooling and a fan interface for improved dissipation. Built on an upgraded PCB layout with a large heat sink to ensure stable thermal performance; can also be applied to discharge, generator and voltage inverter setups. Electrical specs and test results: accepts 12-48V DC input, maximum current 40A and a maximum power rating of 1800W. In bench testing the module reached nearly 1600W at a measured current of 35A. With adequate cooling the unit can operate continuously for hours. Applications: its moderate power level makes it ideal for DIY enthusiasts — suitable for quenching, annealing and other heat treatments. It is also capable of melting metals (with a crucible) such as Kim, Silver, Copper and aluminum, delivering fast, even heating and convenient operation.
