Photo scanning (tray mode): To scan printed photos, move the top switch to the right side. Select the matching photo tray and place the image into the tray with the back of the photo facing up. Supported photo sizes: 3½"*5"(3R), 4"*6"(4R), 5"*7"(5R). Handle originals carefully—dust, scratches or fingerprints will appear on the saved files. Film scanning (negative/slide mode): For film or slides, set the top switch to the left side. The scanner includes three film holders: 110 film holder, 135 film holder (this can scan in rolls — you don't need to cut the film) and 6 es film holder. Use the appropriate carrier to feed negatives or slides for conversion. Fast scanning and preview: Quickly convert 35mm film, slides, negatives, printed photos and name cards into premium JPG files and preview images before saving. For business cards, use the included OCR CD to organize contacts; scanned name cards will capture a standard dimension of 91*55mm and the output will include a slight border around the card.
