2X LGA3647-2U-R83 240W Cooler — LGA3647 Narrow Type 2U Heatsink with 4-Pipe Side Blow Fans

Rated at 240W and built for LGA3647 narrow-type 2U applications, this 2X LGA3647-2U-R83 cooler uses four composite heat pipes with a superconducting composite tube to deliver excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation. The assembly is joined using a reflow soldering process for improved contact, stable thermal conductivity and a high heat conversion rate. A copper base combined with fins electroplated with chemical nickel provides uniform thickness, wear resistance and strong heat-transfer capability. Cooling is provided by a 6025 fan with IC original-components, offering quiet, stable operation, strong wind and large air volume for fast, efficient heat dissipation in a side-blow configuration.
