SOLID OAK – This Oak Overlap Transition from Randall Manufacturing is made of Northeastern Red Oak. DIMENSIONS – Our transition strip is 4 feet long and 3 1/2 inches wide. The overlap edge is 3/4 inch tall and helps to solve your floor transition problems by reducing the higher height floor to the lower height. NATURAL COLOR – This solid oak overlap comes unfinished! It can be stained to match the desired color of your home and the floors around it, as red oak takes stain very well. INSTALLATION – Depending on the types of flooring you are transitioning this overlap between, there are multiple ways to install it. You can glue, nail, or screw the transition strip to the floor.
