Compact 3KW electric thermostat designed for swimming pools, bathtubs, spas, massage systems and hot tubs. Provides automatic temperature control with built-in safety cutoffs to prevent overheating. 1. Initial commissioning and safety check: Unit includes an ultra-high temperature protection thermostat switch to limit overheating and protect users. After installation and safety inspections, perform a first-run test: fill the tub to the proper level and start the system. The thermostat will run its automatic checks and heat until the temperature stabilizes at the highest setting and the display lights go out. Verify the water temperature with an accurate thermometer — it should read 40 °C. 2. Automated thermostat operation: The control is fully automatic. Turn the knob clockwise to activate heating; the indicator light shows when heating is on. Once the preset temperature is reached, the thermostat holds the water at that temperature. 3. Temperature control range and warm-up rate: The thermostat maintains temperatures not exceeding 40 °C (104 °F). When starting with cold water, the temperature will rise at approximately 6 ~ 8 °C / h. 4. Automatic cycling: The heater will reach the preset temperature and then stop. When the water temperature drops by a few degrees, the thermostat will automatically restart heating to maintain the set temperature. 5. Over-temperature protection: If water temperature rises over 49 °C, the ultra-high temperature switch will trip and cut power automatically.
