Dual temperature knobs let you set the front and back rollers independently—left knob controls the front 4 rollers, right knob controls the back 3 rollers—with temperatures adjustable up to 482°F so you can cook and hold food to order. The three-point chain system allows the rollers to rotate 360° for even cooking, while the 1050W motor delivers efficient heat so hot dogs are ready in about 15 minutes. An optional backsplash and bun-warmer shelf are included to block splatter and speed warm-up; both are easy to assemble and disassemble using the supplied instructions.
