The CPU heatsink clearance changes based on installed storage: without any hard disk the heatsink height limit is 73mm; with a 25mm 3.5“ hard disk the limit is 45mm; with a 20mm 3.5” hard disk the limit is 50mm; with a 15mm 2.5“ Solid Disk the limit is 55mm; with a 9mm 2.5” Solid Disk the limit is 61mm; and with a 7mm 2.5” Solid Disk the limit is 63mm. Note: after installing a 3.5” or 2.5” hard disk, installation of a half-height device is not possible. Thoughtfully engineered cooling layout and ventilation ensure stable, long-term operation of high-performance components in a space-saving form factor.
