CPU heatsink clearance depends on which drives are fitted. Measurements are: without any hard disk installed the heatsink height limit is 73mm; with a 25mm 3.5" hard disk the limit is 45mm; with a 20mm 3.5" hard disk the limit is 50mm. For 2.5" solid disks the clearances are: 15mm — 55mm; 9mm — 61mm; 7mm — 63mm. Note: after installing a 3.5" or 2.5" hard disk, installing a half-height device is not possible.
