Each countersink within model #0206-1018 has an 90-degree angle which is ideal for chamfering, deburring, and countersinking holes in metal. They come in a range of sizes from 1/4" to 1" to suit different applications and hole diameters. They have a round shannk design which fit most drill chucks. They are packaged in a sturdy plastic case which protects them from damage and allows for easy storage and transportation. HSS countersinks can be used for various purposes, such as: Deburring: removing rough edges or burrs from drilled holes or cut surfaces. Chamfering: creating a beveled edge around a hole or a corner to reduce stress concentration or improve appearance.
