This post works universally across the adoorn post mount mailbox product line. It will also work for mounting most other standard size post mount mailboxes. Made of heavy-duty galvanized steel construction & scratch-resistant powder coat finish keep from damage due to rain and snow. The 27" Surface Mount Post can be easily installed by bolting to a hard surface, such as a concrete slab or driveway. (No in-ground installation). Using the easy-to-follow mounting instructions, the post will be buried approximately 12" underground. So, post mount mailbox mail slots will be 41"-45" above the roadside surface (meeting USPS requirements). 27" H x 4" W x 4" D size designed for mounting onto hard surfaces only. Surface Mounting Plate dimesinos of 12" x 6" with a hole spread of 10" x 4". Surface Mounting Plate is the same size on the top & bottom.
