The AIMS Power PICOGLF4024240SUL is a heavy-duty, low-frequency 4000 Watt pure sine split-phase inverter charger with an integrated battery charger and automatic transfer switch, built for medium-sized industrial and backup power needs. Its robust design supports demanding loads and is suitable for renewable solar systems, off-grid installations, business backup, mobile setups, and emergency power solutions. This unit supplies AC for equipment that uses 100/110/120/220/230/240 volts and features automatic frequency detection so it will operate at either 50 or 60 hertz. The inverter includes a 55 amp battery charger and can accept any 240V AC source—such as a gas or diesel generator or shore power—to recharge batteries. Electrical performance: continuous output of 4000 watts with a 12,000 watt surge capability for 20 seconds. Protective features include a low-voltage shut-down that prevents complete battery depletion by switching off at either 20 volts or 21 volts, selectable by the user. Operational modes and efficiency: a battery priority mode lets the inverter run directly from battery backup instead of a generator or other AC source.
