A modern replacement head unit that preserves an OEM-style appearance while expanding functionality. The ATOTO A6 PF upgrades the A6 Y and A6 Karlink with Android 10.0, an ARM Cortex A55 8-Core processor and 2G+32G storage. The large 9-inch 1280*720 IPS display (178° full-viewing angle) provides a wide, high-visibility screen without threatening dash fitment; it’s compatible with Toyota Tacoma 2016-2022 (3rd Gen) and Chevrolet Silverado (2014-2018) in North America. Supports Key Mapping to SWC, Dual Zone Video Out, FM/AM radio, Bluetooth handsfree & music, backup camera input and USB playback (reads max. 512 GB USB or 2TB SSD). Three ways to get online: Wi‑Fi (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth and USB. Unlike most Android car stereos, the A6 PF supports Bluetooth tethering (using the second Bluetooth), while BT1 is dedicated to handsfree and audio. USB tethering (an ATOTO exclusive) also provides internet access and can slightly charge your phone. Over 1,000 Google Play apps have been tested as installable on the A6 PF so you can customize the unit to your needs. Flexible smartphone integration—both wireless and wired CarPlay and Android Auto are supported, along with MirrorLink for displaying apps not supported within CarPlay/Android Auto. Use online navigation through CarPlay/Android Auto or natively on the A6 PF, or download maps to the unit for offline routing. Make calls, send/receive texts and enjoy music, podcasts or audiobooks while driving. Advanced audio tuning is built in: a DSP with Time Correction, Speed Compensated Volume (SCV) and a 36-band EQ plus preamp controls let you tailor sound precisely. The internal amplifier delivers up to 4*45W (max.) with RMS 4*24W for robust playback. Live Rear-View (LRV) capability provides a continuous rear camera view even while driving forward when paired with the ATOTO ACWMHD02LR camera (required, sold separately). The A6 PF accepts 720P HD rear-view camera input (while other units are often limited to 480–600 lines). ATOTO offers professional customer support and ongoing system updates.
