ASSEMBLY NOTES: Professional Installation Required - This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and removing bushings or ball joints requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage. Replacing the Control Arms: Remove the old upper and lower control arms carefully. Clean all mounting surfaces to remove dirt and rust. Install the new pre-fitted control arms securely, ensuring proper alignment with suspension geometry. Replacing the Ball Joints, Sway Bar Links & Tie Rods: Remove old ball joints with the appropriate press tool. Clean the surrounding area thoroughly. Press in the new ball joints carefully to avoid misalignment or damage. Disconnect the old sway bar links from both ends. Align and install the new links tightly, ensuring a firm connection between the sway bar and suspension for optimal stability. Remove the old outer tie rod set. Match the length of the new ones to maintain alignment. Install and tighten securely, then check for responsive and free steering motion. Replacing the Strut Mounts: Safely remove the strut assembly and replace the mounts. Ensure correct positioning before reassembling. Torque to OEM specifications to maintain proper support and ride comfort.
