BMS 16S 48V / 13S 60V Battery Management System — 30A 50A 80A Continuous (Lipo / Lifepo4) with Detection Circuit

Compact, high-precision Battery Management System (BMS) engineered for LiPo and Lipo4/Lifepo4 battery packs. This board combines a detection circuit with robust overcharge and over-discharge controls to protect cells and extend pack life. Protection and thresholds: Overcharge protection is set to 4.25v±0.25v for Lipo batteries and 3.65v±0.25v for Lipo4 batteries. In addition to overcharge safeguards, the BMS provides precise over-discharge protection to prevent harmful voltage swings. Power capability: Available with maximum continuous current ratings of 30A/50A/80A to suit different applications. Peak current handling is 90A/150A/240A for Lipo batteries and 30A/150A/240A for Lipo4 batteries, ensuring reliable performance under high load conditions. Cell balancing: Includes an 80 mA balance current and balanced starting voltages of 4.22v±0.25v for Lipo and 3.405v±0.25v for Lipo4, so each cell charges and discharges evenly for optimal capacity. Design and efficiency: The board measures 72*55*8mm for easy integration into battery assemblies. It also features very low self-consumption during charge recovery at only 35uA, reducing wasted energy and helping preserve battery life.
