A lightweight, travel-ready document scanner that draws power from the included micro USB 3.0 cable when connected to a laptop or PC, enabling true mobile scanning. Scans color and black and white documents at up to 16 ppm(1). The slim chassis measures less than 11.8 inches in length and weighs about 1.5 pounds for easy transport. Capable of handling a variety of media, the DS-640 accepts paper up to 72 inches long and up to 72 lb. bond weight, and it can also scan business cards and plastic ID cards through the same feed path.
