Carbon Filter (Blast Mini)

Replacement Carbon Filter for the Smart Air Blast MKII purifier. Replacement for Model CMKQ101.3 or CMKQ101.4 Filters should be changed every 2 years. Activated carbon filters remove harmful gases from vehicles, factories, and forest fires such as carbon monoxide, SOx, NOx as well as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) including formaldehyde from cleaning products, new paint, carpet, furniture, etc. Activated carbon also adsorbs ozone and radon which can cause lung cancer. The VOC filter uses activated carbon granules treated to become extremely porous. A teaspoon of activated carbon has as much surface area as a football field!
