Implements Zigbee 3.0 centralized network access and security to ensure reliable, protected data transmission. Fully interoperable with the Zigbee 3.0 network mechanism and compatible with the ZCL network protocol. Memory: 256K flash and 8K RAM, with support for expanding the network to a maximum of 32 nodes. Devices can change roles (coordinator, router, terminal) on demand using built-in serial port commands. Supports multiple topologies including point-to-point, star, and mesh, with automatic routing enabled. Mesh self-healing rebuilds routes if an intermediate node is lost and automatically reintegrates the node when it restarts. The coordinator manages network opening and closing; ZigBee 3.0-compliant devices may join while the network is open. If the coordinator remains open it will automatically close after 180 seconds. One-click network addition means nodes do not need to preconfigure PANID or channel—simply trigger joining during the coordinator’s open window. The coordinator automatically selects an optimal channel and assigns a PANID to prevent conflicts with other coordinators. During node join the coordinator obtains the MAC address and short address automatically, removing the need for device-side handling. All module parameters and functions can be viewed and configured via the module’s serial port commands.
