It’s designed to cook food over hot coals, arranged in various configurations to provide direct and indirect cooking options. COOKING AREA: Grill up to 8 burgers, 3 steaks or 12 brats on the 225-square-inch grate. CHARCOAL TRAY: The 4-level height-adjustable charcoal tray makes it easy to regulate temperatures to cook with high or low heat. GRATES: Porcelain-coated wire grates offer fast warm-up and heat recovery time. They’re lightweight, making them easy to lift when removing to clean and economical to replace when it’s time. ASH TRAY: A removable ash tray neatly collects ash from the fire, making clean-up simple. DAMPER: An adjustable damper regulates cooking temperature for maximum control and consistent results. HANDLE: The lid handle features a stainless-steel grip that stays cool to the touch. LEGS: Easily detach the legs for use as a firebox when attached to the C-Line 665 and 840 Charcoal Grills.
