Circular Polarizer (CPL) — Compatible with Sony 20mm F2.8

This circular CPL is built with an ultra-slim aluminum frame to prevent vignetting while still allowing smooth rotation for precise polarization adjustment. A nonslip upper rim makes it easy to mount, turn and remove the filter. The glass features double-sided, multi-layered coatings and is anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. Designed to eliminate unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass, the filter also boosts color fidelity and contrast — commonly used to deepen blue skies and accentuate white clouds. CPL filters work by arranging and filtering directionally polarized light perpendicularly to the reflected light so much of that light is absorbed, which helps clear distant haze and produce more vivid, saturated colors. For the strongest result position the filter at a 90° angle from the sun.
