Made for the Cnon RF 50mm F1.2 L USM, this circular polarizing filter features an ultra-slim aluminum frame that prevents vignetting while retaining smooth rotation for precise adjustment. A nonslip upper rim makes installation, turning and removal quick and secure. The glass is finished with double-sided, multi-layered coatings, anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. As a CPL, it reduces unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass, boosts color saturation and contrast (notably deepening blue skies and defining white clouds), and cuts haze in distant landscapes by filtering polarized light perpendicular to reflections. For maximum effect aim the filter at roughly a 90° angle to the sun.
