It features double sided, multi-layered coatings that are anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. By filtering directionally polarized light perpendicular to reflections, the CPL absorbs much of the reflected light—clearing haze in distant landscapes and producing richer, more saturated skies and clouds. The effect is strongest when the filter is used at a 90° angle from the sun.
