Circular Polarizing Filter for Sony E 20mm F2.8 — Ultra-Slim CPL

Built with an ultra-slim aluminum frame to prevent vignetting while retaining full rotation for level adjustments. A nonslip upper rim makes installation, rotation and removal quick and secure. The optics feature double sided, multi-layered coatings that are anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. This circular CPL removes unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass, etc., and enhances overall color and contrast. Commonly used to deepen blue skies and increase saturation and contrast in white clouds, it also clears haze in distant landscapes for more saturated, vivid colors. CPL filters work by arranging and filtering directionally polarized light perpendicularly to the reflected light, allowing much of that light to be absorbed; the strongest effect is achieved when used at a 90° angle from the sun.
