Designed from more than 20 years of thermal engineering experience, the P60T Ultra WH delivers a 275W cooling capability with robust mechanical construction and advanced heat-transfer methods. Fins and heat pipes are permanently joined using reflow soldering to maximize thermal conductivity. A reinforced fin array is supported by a central 5mm solid manganese-steel U-shaped skeleton that prevents radiator deformation during rough transport. The 4th generation anti-gravity optimized heat pipe features an improved capillary structure and liquid charge to speed capillary return flow; this enhanced phase-change behavior maintains strong cooling whether the cooler is mounted vertically or horizontally. The contact plate is a finely engraved, micro-protruding pure copper base that, together with the pressure clips, produces a tighter interface with the CPU for better heat transfer. Cooling airflow is provided by a dual ball bearing performance fan with a high signal-to-noise blade profile — engineered to deliver strong airflow and static pressure while keeping noise in a low-frequency, pleasant range; the dual ball bearings also extend operational life. The cooler supports memory modules up to 40mm tall (for modules over 40mm a front fan is required) and fits cases with a minimum radiator clearance of 157mm. Includes pre-supplied AK9 high-performance thermal silicone grease, formulated for high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, ease of application, long-term stability, non-corrosive behavior, and electrical insulation.
