Touch module and compatibility: The square touchpad communicates via the I2C protocol and connects directly to the motherboard with no extra drivers required. It works with Windows/macOS/Linux and is optimized for large-scale cursor movement. Knob and input behavior: The knob uses an incremental encoder so a command is issued once per rotation, eliminating slipping delay and enabling a combined “precise positioning+fast scrolling” workflow when used together with the touchpad. Lighting and customization: Once the shaft body is installed the keyboard defaults to a rainbow flow lighting mode. VIA support lets you set individual key colors and breathing speeds, and it also supports “lighting up by level” (for example, keeping the main key area constantly lit while functional zones light only when triggered). Materials and finish: The default case material is PLA with a matte texture; an upgraded PETG option is available (30% increase in impact resistance, better suited to mobile office use). As this is FDM 3D printing, slight layering on the surface may be visible and is a normal characteristic.
