DP-666 TEF6686 Full-Band High-Sensitivity Radio Receiver with Antenna (Black) — 2.8-inch LCD, 5000mAH

The DP-666 is a portable, high-sensitivity full-band radio built around NXP’s automotive-grade TEF6686 tuner. Utilizing SDR (software-defined radio) signal processing together with advanced algorithms — CEQ, EMS, and PACS — plus a noise canceller, it delivers excellent selectivity and strong performance against multipath, adjacent-frequency interference and weak signals. The circuit board was redesigned with reference to the TEF6686 front-end receiving circuit to optimize reception. A 2.8-inch LCD color screen with resistive touch (based on the open source project) provides rich RDS display where local stations supply RDS data. For quick frequency entry a numeric keypad is included, and a large-capacity 5000mAH battery offers extended standby life. DP-666 is based on PE5PVB’s open source project TEF6686_ESP32 and ships with an antenna. Beyond basic listening it supports almost all RDS (Radio Data System) data display, automatic and manual station scanning, squelch, battery voltage display, changeable themes, multilingual menus, station presets and more.
