Sealing protection for the linear scales is rated at IP55. The maximum moving speed for the linear scales is 60 meters per minute. Reference points on the linear scales are set every 50mm. The linear scales feature a 45-degree vertical five-bearing sliding system for smooth and precise movement. Accuracy of the linear scales is guaranteed by laser interferometer calibration. A full sealing structure makes the linear scales resistant to swarf and coolant. The digital readout features a 7-inch true color LCD screen for clear viewing. A drawing saving function allows users to store drawings within the system for enhanced convenience. The system includes a special drawing preview function to visualize the machined effect after parameter setup. During machining, the system displays the tool's current position based on the drawing for simplified operation. A built-in help function is available to assist users with any questions during machining.
