Part of the Eaton Tripp Lite Series, this singlemode fiber breakout cassette (n484-3m8l12s) installs in the N484 chassis to split high-speed parallel links into multiple lower-rate channels. It converts 40Gb links into 4 × 10Gb channels and 100Gb links into 4 × 25Gb channels. The unit provides (x3) 8-Fiber MTP/MPO (APC) terminations to (x12) LC (UPC) duplex 9/125 ports, and is optimized for parallel optics and Base-8 connectivity. Built to support 40/100 GbE over singlemode fiber inside the chassis, the cassette ships with factory-terminated singlemode connectors to minimize installation time and requires no tools for mounting. For use with Tripp Lite N484-01U or N484-00U chassis.
