The unit is sealed against dirt, dust & liquids to simplify integration into a final enclosure. Elo controls the design and tooling, providing long-lasting product availability and backwards compatibility. Touch functionality is integrated from the start — the 1291L is designed and built as a complete solution. When used with Elo touchscreens combined w/ Elo software & drivers, hardware and software are engineered to work together and validated through Elo's life-testing processes.
