Once the surface is completely dry, mix the kit with water and roll on COOL using a paint roller. Optionally add 1 gallon acrylic paint to tint the coating for a customized look. Allow to dry for 30 minutes, then apply a second coat. Finish with Encore’s SealBack treatment to make the protection nearly permanent.
