Overview: Rugged industrial media converter offering a 100/1000 Base-T copper port and an SFP fiber interface, designed for harsh environments and flexible mounting options. Device interfaces and controls: 1 x Gigabit Port; 1 x Gigabit SFP Port (100/1000Mbps); 3-Pin Removable Terminal Block; LED Indicators; DIP Switch. DIP switch functions: 1 — Turns LFPT (Link Fault Pass Through) on/off; 2 — Selects Converter mode or Switch mode. Mechanical and environmental: Built with an IP50 rated rugged housing to resist vibration and shock and operate across an extreme temperature range of -40° – 75° C (-40° – 167° F). DIN-rail and wall mount hardware are included with an IP30 rated metal enclosure. Power: 12 – 60V DC power input with overload current protection. Power supply sold separately — use the compatible Model TI-M6024 (Sold Separately). Fiber distance and protection: Supports fiber networking distances up to 80km when used with the TEG-MGBS80 SFP module. 6kV Ethernet surge protection is provided.
