Mechanical specs deliver strong stability: a 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter and a rated 26 lb (12 kg) payload—suitable for DSLRs and mirrorless rigs with large telephoto lenses. User comfort and traction features include a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike to adapt to different surfaces. The mounting platform offers both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility; use it bare for a minimalist rig or attach the supplied ball head to access 360° panning, tilt control and a U-notch for quick vertical orientation.
