The Hertz MP 70.3 Pro is a 3" midrange component speaker engineered for controlled, dynamic mid-high reproduction. A symmetrical dual Neodymium magnet structure — developed using FEM (Finite Element Modeling) simulations — provides precision dynamics and improved control. The diaphragm uses an exponential V-cone® pressed-pulp cone with cotton fibers, a geometry optimized for linearity and wide dispersion across the mid-high band while combining stiffness with low mass. Power handling and distortion control are aided by a 20 mm CCAW double-layer voice coil wound on a Polyamide former with 8 decompression holes, delivering robust output and compression-free performance. Efficiency and mid-bass extension are enhanced by the "Boundary Free" rubber surround. An anti-vibration rubber magnet cover damps unwanted resonances and is removable to accommodate limited mounting depth. The driver is housed in an acoustically transparent aluminium alloy basket with diamond-cut detailing and the aluminium Hertz logo. Included accessories are a full protection metal mesh grill (featuring the aluminium Hertz logo) plus an attractive mineral powder coated inner grill for flexible installation options.
