HID GLOBAL MaxiProx 5375AGN00 Proximity Reader Charcoal Grey

The HID GLOBAL MaxiProx 5375AGN00 proximity reader in charcoal grey provides extended read capability — up to 6' when used with ProxPass — and features Autotune to maintain read distance within 4" of metal. Multiple output formats are configurable to suit different systems: Wiegand, Clock-and-Data, RS-232 and RS-422. A parking hold mode helps ensure reliable detection of vehicles in parking lanes, and the reader supplies a supervision signal compatible with CASI-RUSCO panels. Power is selectable at 12 or 24 VDC. Current requirements are 200mA avg / 700 mA peak at 12VDC; 260mA avg / 1.2A peak at 24 VDC. Physical dimensions are 12.0" x 12.0" x 1.0" (30.5 x 30.5 x 2.54 cm). For installations needing separate detection zones for trucks and cars, two MaxiProx units can be mounted one meter apart to provide "HI-LO" functionality.
