What comes in the kit: 5 lbs. cracked corn, 1 lbs. malted rye, 5 lbs. sugar, yeast, yeast nutrient, amylase. We've included a packet of sanitizing powder to clean and sterilize all your mashing equipment to insure your mash doesn't become contaminated during the mashing process.
