Industrial 8-Channel Modbus RTU Control Module — RS485 8CH Digital Input with Isolation & TVS Protection

Industrial-grade 8-channel control module with RS485 communication and Modbus RTU protocol, designed for reliable use in demanding control systems. The unit provides eight switching inputs and combines built-in power isolation and coupling isolation to deliver stable isolation without requiring an additional power supply on the isolated side. On-board protections include TVS (transient suppression) circuitry and board-mounted recovery fuses for enhanced surge and fault tolerance. Communication is fast, stable, and suitable for applications with high data requirements. The module uses a dedicated driver chip with built-in freewheeling diode protections, giving it strong, stable driving capability and low power consumption. Switching inputs are protected by bidirectional optocoupler isolation and support both passive and active switching signals to accommodate a variety of input types. The PCB-level coupling isolation can be used where required, providing high reliability and strong anti-interference performance. Housed in an ABS protective enclosure for secure installation, the module also includes external LED indicators for monitoring MCU and transmission status.
