Overview: The IV8C Plus is a 5-inch HD coaxial tester designed for field installation and servicing of coaxial surveillance cameras, including TVI, CVI, AHD, Analog and CVBS systems. Built for on-site troubleshooting, it combines live video display with multiple diagnostic and control tools to simplify camera setup and maintenance. Key functions: - Live video display on a 5-inch screen for immediate verification of camera feeds. - PTZ control for camera positioning and configuration. - DC 12V output to power cameras during testing. - Image generator to supply test patterns when needed. - RS485 data search for device communication and address discovery. - Cable testing for pair order and continuity checks on UTP, telephone and similar cables; testing reports can be saved. - Built-in LED work lamp with a simple on/off button to aid nighttime installation. Camera format support and testing: - TVI: HD TVI surveillance testing, supports up to 8MP; when a TVI signal is applied the unit will show the TVI camera image. - CVI: HD CVI surveillance testing, supports up to 8MP; CVI input will display the CVI camera image. - AHD: HD AHD surveillance testing, supports up to 8MP; AHD signal input will display the AHD camera image.
