Overview: A marine/powersports digital media receiver (does not play CDs) designed for wet environments and easy operation. The MM55 features a 2.8" color LCD with day/night modes and large, easy-to-read text for use while underway. Audio and amplification: Built-in amplifier (25 watts RMS/50 peak x 4 channels) and the ability to control three separate audio zones (each with individual subwoofer channels). Tuning is handled by an AM/FM/DAB+ tuner with RDS and 18 presets. Connectivity and expandability: Built-in Bluetooth® connectivity with aptX for wireless audio streaming. Rear USB input — 1 amp output also charges your device while it's in use. A rear auxiliary RCA stereo input supports additional digital devices. For system expansion there are 9-channel preamp outputs (3 separate zones possible; 4-volt front, rear, and sub for each zone), and the unit is NMEA 2000® Certified and works with JL Audio MediaMaster remotes (sold separately).
