Overview: The Kenwood DNR476S is a digital multimedia navigation receiver with a 6.75" resistive touchscreen (does not play discs) and integrated Garmin navigation. This package includes the KIT-CHK1 dash kit for 2014 and up Jeep Cherokee, the iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR interface module, and an aftermarket antenna adapter for Jeep. Multimedia and Display: Designed for a double-DIN (4" tall) opening, the unit plays MP3, WMA, AAC, high-res WAV and FLAC files from USB or microSD sources. It features Drive EQ, a 13-band EQ, high- and low-pass filters, digital time alignment, space enhancer, sound realizer, sound elevation, bass boost, and loudness. Dual-zone A/V output supports a rear-view camera with adjustable parking lines (optional camera required). Built-in Navigation and Traffic: Garmin maps cover the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and include 6 million points of interest. Optional traffic reports are available via the INRIX smartphone app; a 2-year subscription is included with purchase (smartphone required). Text-to-speech prompts announce actual road names and lane assistance is provided. Smartphone Integration: Wired Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto compatible. The unit supports music control and charging for Apple and select Android devices via USB. Pandora and Spotify control are available with iPhone and Android. It is compatible with the Kenwood Remote S smartphone app for wireless source selection. It allows installation of an iDatalink-ready double-DIN radio, with silver and bronze trim rings to match factory trim.
