Port tuning on the L7R is designed to produce smooth, powerful low-end response without the “huffing” artifacts common to lesser port designs. The cabinet is constructed from thick MDF, incorporates extensive internal bracing and features rounded corners for improved rigidity and fit. KICKER’s L7R square-subwoofer design also provides up to 20% more cone area than a comparable round driver, maximizing output from the single 12" driver.
