Kicker Comp 8" Subwoofer 43C84 — Single Voice Coil, 4-Ohm

Built for durability and punch, this Kicker 43C84 Comp 8" sub features a ribbed, UV-treated surround with white double stitching that secures the suspension to a thick polypropylene cone for long-lasting reliability. A heavy-duty stamped steel basket provides exceptional stability when the driver is pushed hard. The bumped back plate gives the high-temp voice coil extra clearance for increased excursion, delivering deeper bass with minimal distortion. Heat is managed by Kicker's Forced Air Cooling: when the cone moves down it expels hot air around the voice coil, and when it moves up it draws cool outside air into the motor to lower operating temperature. Hookup is fast and simple thanks to spring-loaded satin nickel terminals that accept a wide range of speaker wires.
