Compact 17-key numeric keypad built to speed up number entry. The KN17 wired USB numpad uses a standard layout with 17 independent keys, including the dedicated numeric 0 key and the + key. Its mini footprint [4.41*3.39*1.38in] makes it easy to carry and leaves plenty of desk space next to a laptop or full-size keyboard. Please check the dimensions before purchase, as the mechanical design sits higher than low-profile laptop keypads. Hot-swappable brown switches: The KN17 arrives with pre-installed brown tactile switches for a satisfying feel. You can hot-swap these without soldering — compatible with almost all 3pin and 5pin MX style mechanical switches on the market. Multi-layer sound damping: A layered cushioning system (Poron bottom layer, sandwich foam and IXPE switch pad) smooths out key travel and reduces harsh noises, producing more consistent, pleasant-sounding keystrokes that mechanical-keyboard fans will appreciate. PBT Dye-Sub keycaps & white backlight: Durable PBT dye-sublimated keycaps deliver long-lasting legends and a premium texture. A white backlight provides illumination to the board (note: lights are not visible through the keycaps). A black version is also available to expand color choices. Broad OS support: Works with most operating systems including Windows, Mac, Android. It’s a useful addition even if you already have a full-size keyboard — place it on the left or tuck it away in a drawer when not needed. NOTE: The 10-key is not compatible with ChromeBook. And not fully compatible with Mac OS.
