The KZ PR2 delivers planar-magnetic performance in a compact in-ear monitor using a 13.2mm planar driver for extended high and ultra-high frequency response. Treble reproduction is smoother and more detailed than many balanced-armature or conventional dynamic designs, producing clear, natural highs for music, movies, gaming or stage monitoring. Acoustic performance is boosted by a 7+7 N52 rubidium magnet array and a nanoscale silver-plated diaphragm, providing improved transient response and immersive HiFi sound. The housing is formed from high-density alloy via a one-piece die-casting molding process, giving the PR2 a refined look and a smooth finish. A semi-open exhaust design relieves cavity pressure to help maintain natural, uncolored sound. Comfort and noise isolation are addressed with included memory sponge earplugs and an ergonomically molded cavity that fits like a custom earbud. The earplugs provide strong passive isolation, reducing ambient noise by at least 90% so you can focus on the performance. The cable is detachable using a 0.75mm 2-pin standard gold-plated plug, allowing easy upgrades or the addition of a Bluetooth module to convert the PR2 into wireless planar headphones.
