[H1 HH:MM] means your time is running in 24 hour and [H2 HH:MM] means 12 hour. Countdown Timer Function Runs in Minutes Seconds. Max count up to 99 minutes 59 seconds(100 minutes). So, press number 1 on the remote, Now the timer screen reads [P1]; Step 2: Press Edit button to input your work time, press Edit again to input rest time. If you have more than one interval, continue to press Edit and input numbers until you finish all the interval setups; Step 3: Press OK button to save and finish the programming. Step 4: Press Start to begin.
