For best results, the Multi-Purpose Primer should be applied to a dry surface that is free of dirt, debris, oil, silicone, and grease. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours. Curing time will vary depending on the temperature and relative humidity. Typically, Multi Purpose Primer will be dry to the touch and ready for top coating within 1-2 hours at 20 degrees Celsius (68 F)
