Lubriplate Synxtreme FG-1 Synthetic Food Grade Grease, 35 Lb Pail

LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME FG-1 is a 100% synthetic, calcium sulfonate-based grease that delivers outstanding shear stability, reduced wear, and excellent resistance to water and other corrosive substances. This food grade grease is manufactured with ingredients that comply with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 for use in food processing applications. The grease is treated with LUBRI-ARMOUR, LUBRIPLATE's antimicrobial additive, to prevent the decomposition of the lubricant caused by microorganisms, keeping it fresh and lasting longer in harsh food processing environments. The synthetic fluid used in this grease provides increased oxidation stability and enables it to be effective at application temperatures up to 400°F with frequent re-lubrication intervals. LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME FG-1 grease offers excellent anti-wear (AW) and extreme pressure (EP) protection, as well as unsurpassed rust and corrosion prevention. This grease also demonstrates excellent resistance to chemically treated water washdown procedures at high temperatures. LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME FG-1 is an NLGI Grade 1 grease with a tan color and a dropping point above 600°F, making it suitable for a wide range of operating temperatures from -45 to 440°F.
