LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME FG-2-200 is a 100% synthetic, calcium sulfonate complex based grease that delivers outstanding shear stability, reduced wear, and excellent resistance to water and other corrosive substances. These food grade greases are manufactured with ingredients that comply with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570, FDA 21 CFR 172.882, and FDA 21 CFR 182 G.R.A.S. regulations. The heavy, 100% synthetic fluid used in these greases provides increased oxidation stability and enables them to be effective at application temperatures between 450°F and 500°F with frequent re-lubrication intervals. LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME FG-2-200 greases have a high temperature stability with a drop point of over 600°F and provide excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure protection. The calcium sulfonate thickener in these greases delivers unsurpassed rust and corrosion prevention, as well as excellent resistance to chemically treated water washdown procedures at high temperatures. These greases are now treated with LUBRI-ARMOUR, LUBRIPLATE's anti-microbial additive developed to prevent the decomposition of lubricants caused by microorganisms, helping them remain fresh and last longer in harsh food processing plant environments.
